Former NTUC Income chief Tan Kin Lian is officially in the Presidential race – likely to be a three-man race along with former deputy prime minister Dr Tony Tan and former MP Dr Tan Cheng Bock.
Filing his application for the certificate of eligibility at the Elections Department after his press conference on Thursday morning, he expressed his wishes to provide an alternative view, be the voice of the people, and cited his willingness to donate 50 per cent of his salary to charities.
