Building a Loving SG

Have you gotten a seat at the National Day celebrations 2012 yet? Well, if you have not or you didn't manage to land yourself a ticket, you could still do some good by having your Lego figurine represent you at our nation's birthday.

For a $5 donation, the public may purchase a pair of customised Lego figurines, one for placement on the Lego version of the National Day Parade's seating gallery and save the other as a souvenir. All proceeds go to The Straits Times' School Pocket Money Fund.

Close to 200,000 Lego bricks and minifigures will be used to recreate the exciting National Day celebrations. The final product would be a mega-sized Lego creation that spans the size of a volleyball court, which would be broken up into four parts and displayed in various venues around Singapore. The next stops are at Compass Point and Marina Square. Like the real parade, there are limited seats so grab yours now!
